this is exactly what ive been hearing from other sources as well, such as a john petrucci book. i am definitely going to try this method out to see if i can do it starting in the upcoming part of this year.

I’m not saying that i’m AS good as you are.. you’re super-sick. But, I would love to work together sometime if you ever are interested in working via the net.. i can send midi and notation as well as projects for sonar or whathaveyou. Anyway. I’m sure this is ‘too forward’ of a thing to mention.. but, wtf.
